After the Andijans events the life in Uzbekistan was totally changed. Lately the worldwide attention has been focused to Uzbekistan. Existing situation concerned to ecological, sociologic- political, economical problems and authoritarism of political regime has created good background for conflicts.
So happened that Uzbekistan become under the thread of humanitarian disaster, uncontrollable migration stream, which all of them thread to region's safety.
Up to now, only concerned states and their leaders have been participated for resolution of above mentioned problems.
At the end, unfortunately, this kind of a practice did not bring wished results. More over, in some cases, because of some self concernment of both sides condition was aggraved.
That is why, the free choice of initiation of UNO- nongovernmental people and organizations play the big role in this context.
UNO set more reasonable questions on civil initiatives and realization for investigation of means and instruments to affective reflect during the regulation process of regional problems.
Besides of all, it needs to notice the role of UzDemFund foundation, which is based on fruitful relationship with authority and usage of experience of nation leaders, intellectuals, figures of art and culture, writers, famous statesmen’s, representatives of all races and cultures.
UzDemFund can create impartial monolith or nucleus of like-minded people on the way to build stability in regional scale.
UzDemFund will cooperate to establish democratic initiatives to govern of community and to find mechanism of the dialogue with the government or authorities of Uzbekistan. For this reason, commission of representatives of states, concerned on investigation for peaceful methods to pass from dictatorship to democracy of Uzbekistan will be organized.



UzDemFund will conduct International common wide activities to regulate inter-ethnic and inter-religious conflicts, disasters. It will debate on terrorism as well as, religious extremism of any kind on mass media with interpretation of their origination.

It will provide current analysis of events in Uzbekistan and work out recommendations concerned to social-political problems which threaten the world and prosperity in Uzbekistan.
It can investigate social-political and economical conditions of Uzbekistan.
Analyze the key matter of the task and work out concrete suggestions, practical recommendations on strategy of preventing further conflicts connected with political instability of the region in common.

The detailed reports and articles on social-political investigations; recommendations on working out reforms to pass from dictatorship to democracy in Uzbekistan, as well as achievement of its economical independence.

UzDemFund will conduct international conferences, devoted to origination of inter-ethnic, religious problems and religious extremism. Besides, it will explore the reasons of the origination of dictatorship, authoritarian and anti-national regimes leading to destabilization of social-political, economic and demographical conditions in Uzbekistan.

UzDemFund will struggle for setting real stability in Uzbekistan, which refers not to the power of totalitar, anti-national regimes, but to freedom and mutual understanding in civil society.

UzDemFund will struggle against terrorism and religious extremism of any type, inter-ethnic conflicts as well as racism, discrimination of individuals, family and ethnic minorities.

UzDemFund , in its activities, will keep close cooperation with other UNO, political parties, social-political movements, representatives of all races and religion, propaganda democratic values among wide society in Uzbekistan.
